Used Equipment MarketPlace
All items available in the Used Equipment MarketPlace are sold as is, where is, no warranty expressed or implied unless otherwise stated.  No warranty is made regarding item ability or fitness for any particular purpose.  In no event shall ATI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service, the materials and/or the products.  User assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

New Products and Equipment
All items are covered as specified by the original manufacturer’s warranty. ATI/TALN does not provide any warranty beyond that stated by the original manufacturer. Should you experience any problems covered as stated by manufacturer (material defects, improper assembly, missing parts, etc.), please contact your Access Technologies, Inc. Assistive Technology Specialist.

Access Technologies, Inc. wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase through us. We will gladly refund your purchase price (minus a 25% restocking fee to cover shipping, handling and inventory costs) if you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from us. You must contact us for returned goods within two weeks of the receipt of your order; any return items must show no use and be in the original condition and packaging. Returned software must be unused, no exceptions, and in original unopened packaging.

Rental Products and Equipment
Our customers should carefully inspect the rental item to make certain all items listed on rental agreement are included at time of possession, as the customer is responsible for returning any rental item at the conclusion of the rental period in like-new condition. All rental items must be returned in original packaging, (all documentation enclosed) with all parts, pieces, hardware, software discs, etc. included. Otherwise, customer will be invoiced for the purchase of the item. Customer is responsible for the handling charges for shipping.

Rental period is for 30 days. Rental fees are not refundable in the event that an item is returned prior to the close of the rental period. One half of the rental charge will be applied towards the purchase from Access Technologies, Inc. if decision to purchase is made within the 30 days rental period.

Donations
WE NEED YOUR USED EQUIPMENT DONATIONS
Access Technologies, Inc. (TALN) requests that any equipment donated or listed for sale be clean and usable. If you have something you no longer need, ATI/TALN will help you find someone who may be able to use it, or we gladly accept reusable items as a tax deductible donation.  Access Technologies Inc. (TALN) serves mainly as a matchmaker. In most cases, our aim is simply to help put a person in need of equipment in touch with a person who is selling or donating equipment. ATI/TALN is not involved in setting prices for those items.

WE NEED CASH DONATIONS
How can you join in such a worthwhile effort?  Access Technologies, Inc. is not asking you to "give," we are asking you to "join" us in our efforts.  There is a difference.  It takes a partnership of business, foundations and individuals to guarantee the future excellence and growth of our mission.  Come join in, make a difference for older persons and/or persons with disabilities. . .enabling them to lead independent and productive lives.

Access Technologies, Inc. and/or its suppliers own all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the information, including all text, HTML code, multimedia clips, images, graphics, icons, Java code, and the selection and arrangement of information (collectively the "Information") available at the Site.
